1. Information we collect

We collect data that you provide directly when registering on our platform, such as your full name, RUT, email address, phone number, postal address, financial information relevant to participation in investment projects, and any other information you choose to share when completing forms on our site.

Additionally, we automatically collect data when you interact with our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and interaction data with site elements. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and improve its operation.

2. Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: managing your registration and access to the platform; processing and administering your participation in crowdlending projects; complying with legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Chile, including CMF regulations; sending you relevant communications about your investments and platform operations; and improving our services through usage pattern analysis.

We do not use your personal data for purposes other than those described here without your prior and explicit consent.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on: your express consent given upon registration; the execution of the service contract between you and Datonexoza SpA; compliance with legal obligations applicable under Chilean legislation, including Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life and Law No. 20,393 on criminal liability of legal entities; and our legitimate interest in the operation and improvement of the platform.

4. Data sharing with third parties

We may share your personal data in the following circumstances: with real estate developers associated with the projects in which you participate, limited to strictly necessary information; with regulatory entities and competent authorities when required by law; with technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements; and with legal and financial advisors in the context of audits or regulatory processes.

Under no circumstances do we sell your personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous security monitoring, and periodic audits of our systems.

Despite our efforts, no data storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Your rights as a data subject

In accordance with current Chilean legislation, you have the right to: access your personal data stored on our platform; request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances; and request the portability of your data to another service provider.

Data associated with investment transactions is retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with Chilean financial regulations.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing it regularly. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
